Open an order in your account to record a support or return request. Include the order number and a description of the issue. The store team will review your request and provide the next steps.
Payment refunds
Refund status is shown separately from delivery status in your account. Approved online-payment refunds are processed through the payment provider. Contact support for help with a refund or a Cash on Delivery order.
Before sending a return
