How do I place an order?
Choose a piece and size, add it to your bag, then sign in to enter your delivery details. Checkout shows the available payment methods and final total before you place the order. If a payment method is labelled as a test, it does not charge real money.
How do I follow my order?
Sign in, open Your account and choose an order. Payment state, delivery state and any tracking reference are shown separately. The store team adds tracking details when they are available.
What if checkout is interrupted?
Check the payment status in your account before starting another payment. An unpaid order can be retried while its stock reservation remains valid. A browser success message alone is never treated as proof of payment.
How do I choose a size?
Select one of the sizes shown on the product page. For questions about fit or a Free size piece, contact the store before ordering.
