Order Cancellation
Unpaid orders
You can cancel an unpaid reserved order from your account. Its reserved stock is released once. Once a reservation expires, start checkout again to check current stock availability.
Paid orders
Record a cancellation request from the order details. Paid cancellations require review; submitting a request does not change payment status or promise a refund. Contact the store promptly so the team can check the fulfilment status.
